Pre-Assessment Consultation

Service Description

This service Includes approximately three hours of professional time: completion and review of a parent intake form, review of relevant records and background information, and an age-appropriate executive functioning self-assessment when applicable,. These materials are reviewed and integrated in advance, followed by a one-hour parent consultation to discuss concerns and determine whether further educational assessment is warranted. Families will receive a brief written summary of key conclusions and recommended next steps within one week following the consultation, allowing the discussion and parent input to be incorporated into the final recommendations.
