Review of prior multidisciplinary evaluations and records to clarify findings and next steps.
Service Description
This service is designed for families who already have one or more prior evaluations and want help understanding how the findings fit together. Relevant educational, psychological, neuropsychological, developmental, medical and other professional evaluations and records are reviewed ind integrated. Families receive a Connecting the Pieces Summary highlighting key findings, areas of agreement or discrepancy, and recommended next steps, followed by a one-hour parent consultation to discuss the findings and answer questions. This service does not include new standardized testing. The base fee includes review of one substantive prior evaluation and relevant supporting records. Each additional substantive evaluation will require an additional €75 fee, which will be confirmed before review begins.
